刪除你的回客帳號

一、在 App 裡註冊的帳號：自己就能刪

在回客 iOS App 用「免費註冊」建立的帳號，不用寫信、不用打電話，在 App 裡就能刪除：

  1. 打開回客 App，用你的帳號登入。
  2. 在首頁（試用狀態頁）滑到最下面，點 「刪除帳號」。
  3. 輸入目前的密碼，勾選「我了解刪除後無法復原」。
  4. 點 「永久刪除帳號」，再按一次「刪除帳號」確認。

刪除完成後會自動登出。

二、刪除後會怎樣

馬上清除／停用的：

  • 帳號立刻停用，無法再登入，手機上原本的登入狀態也會失效。
  • 你留下的負責人姓名、手機號碼、LINE ID會清空，店名改成「(已刪除)」。
  • 還沒開通的試用申請一併取消。

會保留的：

  • 帳號名稱，以及建立和刪除的時間，當作刪除紀錄。
  • 手機號碼與 LINE ID 的單向雜湊值（加金鑰的 HMAC，無法還原成原本的號碼），只用來防止重複申請免費試用。
  • 刪除後，同一個帳號名稱可以重新註冊；但同一支手機或同一個 LINE ID 無法再次申請免費試用。

為確認您是手機門號持有人並防止濫用，註冊試用時我們會透過簡訊服務商（漸強實驗室 MAAC Go）傳送驗證碼至您的手機。門號僅以單向雜湊形式保存，驗證碼於 10 分鐘後失效。我們也使用 Cloudflare Turnstile 進行人機驗證。

刪除無法復原。

三、店家帳號、或手邊沒有 App：用 LINE 申請

下面這兩種情況，請加回客官方 LINE 跟我們申請刪除：

  • 店家帳號：由回客幫你的店開設、裡面已經有營業資料（例如客人、預約、儲值紀錄）的帳號。為了避免誤刪影響店家營運跟你的客人，需要我們確認是店家本人後處理。這類帳號在 App 的「設定」→「刪除帳號」裡，也有一鍵複製申請內容的按鈕。
  • App 已經刪掉、或沒辦法登入，但想刪除帳號的人。

請不要傳密碼給我們。我們會在 LINE 跟你確認是本人後處理：停用帳號的登入，並依你的要求刪除，或先匯出店家資料再刪除。

For reviewers (English)

Accounts created in the HuiKe iOS app can be deleted entirely inside the app:

  1. Sign in to the HuiKe app.
  2. On the home screen (trial status), scroll to the bottom and tap 「刪除帳號」 (Delete Account).
  3. Enter your current password and turn on 「我了解刪除後無法復原」 (I understand this cannot be undone).
  4. Tap 「永久刪除帳號」 (Permanently delete account) and confirm.

What is deleted: sign-in is disabled immediately and existing sessions stop working. The owner name, phone number and LINE ID are erased, and the store name is replaced with "(已刪除)" ("deleted"). Any pending trial request is cancelled.

What is kept: the account username and the creation/deletion timestamps, as a deletion record. The username can be registered again. A keyed one-way hash (HMAC) of the phone number and LINE ID is also kept, only to prevent repeat free trials; it cannot be turned back into the number, and the same phone number or LINE ID cannot start another free trial.

Store accounts with business data, or users without the app: send a deletion request to our official LINE account @610ennmf with your username and store name. Do not send your password. We verify the request with you on LINE, then disable sign-in and delete (or export, then delete) the store data as you request.
